Pilot partnership contact form data

The pilot partnership contact form may collect the following information: name, email address, organization or site name, location, short site or role description and the sender’s reason for interest.

The website is not intended to collect sensitive personal data or health data.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used for contact and pilot evaluation

Personal data is used to receive pilot partnership enquiries, contact senders, make a preliminary assessment of possible pilot cooperation and manage communication related to the Restaccess™ pilot.

The legal basis is the sender’s own contact request and Restaccess Oy’s legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry and evaluating potential pilot cooperation.

Form service

Formspree acts as the technical processor

The pilot partnership contact form is sent through Formspree. Formspree acts as a technical service provider and personal data processor insofar as it transmits and processes form submissions on behalf of Restaccess Oy.

Formspree’s own privacy practices are available on Formspree’s website.

Retention and disclosure

Data is retained only for as long as necessary

Pilot partnership contact data is retained for as long as necessary for contact, pilot preparation and evaluation of potential cooperation. Unnecessary data is deleted within a reasonable time.

Data is not sold or used for third-party marketing. Data may be processed in technical services used by Restaccess Oy, such as Formspree.

You may request access, correction or deletion

Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data or object to processing in certain situations.
